Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy covers the website www.appfortech.net. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy for the app itself, for example the Agu privacy policy.

1. Who we are

The site is run by AppForTech. For any privacy question or request, write to appfortechinfo@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

The site has no accounts, forms or newsletter, so we do not ask for your name or contact details. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (through Google Firebase) records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, the site or link you came from, approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), language, device, operating system and browser type. We use this only to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use it for advertising and do not combine it with other data to identify you.

If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Like any web server, ours keeps a standard access log: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. We use it to keep the site running and secure, and to count how often promotion links are opened. People who recommend Agu may share links such as /agu/r/?k=name; the code identifies the person who shared the link, not you. We count clicks per code. When the link takes you to Google Play or the App Store, the code goes along, so the store can tell us how many installs each promotion brought, as totals only. Access logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

3. Cookies and similar storage

When analytics is on, the Firebase library also keeps a small installation identifier in your browser's storage (IndexedDB).

4. Legal basis

Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1); GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The consent record in local storage is necessary to respect your choice. The access log, including the count of promotion link clicks, is based on our legitimate interest in running the site securely and measuring our promotions (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

5. Who receives the data

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd as our service provider, on servers that may be outside Turkey and the European Economic Area, including the United States. By accepting analytics cookies you consent to this transfer. Google's handling of the data is described in Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share the data with anyone else.

Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 2 months and then deleted automatically.

When a promotion link takes you to Google Play or the App Store, its code is passed to Google or Apple, which report to us only the total number of store visits and installs per code.

6. Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and its cookies are removed. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Because analytics data is pseudonymous, we may need details from you (such as the approximate time of your visit) to find it. Email appfortechinfo@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
